Participation

All participants in all LGL activities take part voluntarily and at their own risk.

LGL will not be held responsible for damage or injuries to persons or loss of their possessions.

LGL is proud of its safety and standards of instruction in all activities. Participants are reminded, however, that there is an element of risk in all activities.

Participants must agree to partake and understand a compulsory safety briefing prior to each activity, and during activities as appropriate.

At LGL we take every precaution for the safety of our group members. In the absence of negligence no claims shall be made or entertained against LGL in respect of injury or loss.

LGL and its staff do not accept responsibility for items lost. It is recommended that valuables such as jewellery, watches, electronic devices, mobile phones, money or cards etc, are not brought to the classes / camps. 

Participants may need to be manually handled and supported by our staff and helpers on some of the activities, particularly during our Circus School sessions to ensure the highest safety standards.

What to bring

Participants may need to bring with them a towel, a full change of clothing, sun protection , food (e.g. lunch) and drinks as required. Shoes or trainers must be worn. Water will be provided but participants should bring their own bottle.

Weather conditions

All activities will be delivered according to weather conditions and to the group’s ability and may be altered at any time in order for LGL instructors to provide the best experience possible.

Behaviour

Let's Get Loud reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

Medical

All relevant medical information should be disclosed on the booking form. It is advisable that any group members who require the use of an inhaler should state this on the medical section and inform their instructors. Each group member should have his or her name clearly marked on any inhaler. Please be advised that LGL staff are not permitted to administer any medication. 

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at - letsgetloudcamp@gmail.com

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

Payments

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

Refunds

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 

If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Let's Get Loud will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

Camp bookings / workshops may be cancelled with 1 month's notice. Refunds or credit notes may be given for late notice cancellations in exceptional circumstances.
